So I bought the Wii Fit Plus thing over the weekend thinking it might be fun, it came with The Biggest Loser game too so I thought that's double the chance I might actually lose some gut. Tried the Wii Fit Plus game first and it was a pish, seems to be all about balance but certainly not tiring for someone as unfit as me that's pretty bad, though the skateboarding was fun.

The we tried The Biggest Loser game. Tessa tried it and I just laughed at how unfit she was, she even claimed that it would probably be easier to use our treadmill (not been used in months as I'm lazy) than the game. I laughed at her and said there's no way in hell it can be harder. Then I had a go. I nearly died, still knackered from it today. I am of course blaming my cold and the fact I'd just eaten but if anything it's proved to me just how unfit I am.

Tbh I found the best part of the best part of the wiifit to be the balance/games.
(even better after a few drinks with a few m8s)
But I also got into doing the step thing while watching Tv/dvd, must have worked as i've put 1/4 of a stone back on since stopping.

It probably also has something to do with the fact that you're out every night drinking that foul Newcastle Broon Ale.

Pft.. It's the food on the way home after that does it, the newcy's are good for you.
