It's a code for a drinking cape as I've been registered with Funcom for quite a while as I was at one point quite interested in playing this game.

You can have it if you want it.

I spoke to Mischief the other day and he was installing it, but im not sure what he made of it.

For the younger or people who want a game you can pick up without having to understand and think about combat, this will really not be a wow killer.
It's really not a game for the L33t omg epic crowed at all.
But for those who want a complex and challenging game it will be.

For me the combat system is everything wow lacks from other games I’ve played..
GfX, it shows how cartoon and dated wow is now.

Skills and talents will be more then I have the leet/common spec as how u play will greatly effect where you put your talents.
Obviously there is the PvP or PvE bias in the game but still there are a lot more choices.
Tanking and healing… well lets just say I feel sorry for trigs.

The end game is much more PvP orientated (very EvE like in its approach from what I’ve seen/read) then wow, but also has hi end dungeons and content that will keep Pure PvErs happy, but I’m not sure it matches wow for end game PvE content yet. But I think it will in time.

I know a few people who think wow owns CoA.
For me this is WoW grown up and with balls.

And yes I’m drunk so this is probably a little to honest

Very balanced argument for a piss head tbh. I'm still trotting around the starting area but I'm enjoying the fact you can switch between the 'story' progression in single player and general questing in multi player. The combat experience is quite hard to get used to after years of macros, auto shots etc.
I've died a few times after launching a ranged attack and forgetting you have to 'shoot' every arrow :roll:

Visually I think it's a winner. The first escort quest took a while as I kept spinning around to watch my companion jiggle behind me. :oops:

There are a few niggles and the odd bug but having gone through several MMO's from beta and launches I can honestly say I've seen worse, and as with all these things it will improve or it will be broken almost irretrievably (SWG I'm looking at you).
Time will tell, but I for one am genuinely glad I've bought into this game.
Now I'm off to see if camels enjoy a bit of Welsh inside them
