I came to the conclusion that there wasn't enough dude-with-the-thing-killing during a pair of horrific scenario matches last night, where my team -- who behaved like ping pong balls in a room full of mousetraps -- proceeded to ignore both the thing and the dude carrying it for the duration of the match. I decided to write this article. Today while taking the following screenshots, my team lost 500 to 70 in a stunning marathon of concentrated dude avoidance.

That is a fucking classic. I just need to learn how to make a chat macro that spams the dude has the thing!!!!

No, that aint a 'thing', that's 'the' thing, or 'it'. 'A' thing is like anything, but slightly more specific.

if he had 'a' thing, nobody would care, or maybe some may pass comment. If he was holding the 'thing', it may be to his detrement, and probably illiegal.

But, having the 'thing' is a different matter entirely. That's worth fighting over, dying for, or just maybe a right good old rumble.
