You can sign in for the beta test at swtor.com.

But I didn't get past the system scan (with both Firefox and IE 8.0) so wasn't able to sign up.

You got further than me, I just keep getting in a loop over the registration. I did have to enter my address once but then it just looped back.

Managed to get the system scan done and it just loops you straight back to the start :/

As youve already tried Firefox i might give Safari a go.

It worked this morning with IE 8.0. Tried it first with Firefox but no go. Got in a loop at the login screen there.

yeh looks like mine went through even though it seemed to be looping when i did it.

Not gonna bother with the beta tbh, I'll wait for the completed game to come out so that it's all new rather than spoiling storylines etc. But good luck to anyone who wants in, give us some feedback :P

Worked for me too. Now all I have to do is figure out how I'd get to play it if I got in to Beta.

My application was looping too but I think it was something to do with me putting in the wrong credentials that my account is linked to or something. I took the 'forgot password' option, got my email and logged in then went to the 'my account' section to register for beta separately. It didn't loop for me after that.
