You can create a guild already.
You have to choose:
- republic or sith empire;
- pvp, pve or role play;
- language;
- timezone.

Rogue Order again would be nostalgic, I would prefer to play darkside though, Bounty hunters and sith look more fun than the lightside. That said I don't think there would be a problem with having an alternate server with lightside.

Say you are a friend of mine and you should get accepted and be ready to go. Istali is the GL atm.
