I was wondering how many ppl where going to give Neocron another go when DoY is released. I was chatting with Delta last night and we are both re-activating before its release. I've always had a soft spot for Neocron, and am praying that DoY will breathe a bit of life back into the game.

I think the early days in Neocron, at the formation of BETA, where the most fun i've ever had online. If DoY even manages to recreate a small percentage of that for only a couple of weeks, then it'd be well worth the months fee.

Afaik our Characters would still be saved as i frequently check the NC boards and have seen ppl return from 8 months absence with there characters still alive. It seems alot of old players are returning ready for the release.

P.S If you are going to re-activate make sure you do it before DoY as all Characters idle for 3 months will be deleted. If your worried your character will be gone i'll activate my account which has been inactive for god knows how long, and find out if our chars will still be there.

Me and Kuf did a month @ a DAoC down weekend. Mebbe I havent been out long enuff, but i was bored 30 mins after I entered. Same ppl same stuff same griefing...

But like Fish says.. If kuifs renewing I have no choice.

BTW I cant acces my apts anymore I think. Been banned outta NC :shock:

Aye, when and IF DoY breaks I'll be renewing. I wont be guessing about release date but might reactivate in March just to keep the chars, coz (like Main said) I aint going down the sewers again, not to mention the money I got on those chars

thats becuase you're TG, TG cant access their apts in Nc anymore

btw count me in too, might even stand a chance in combat now i have a new pc

IF you plan on renewing, do it BEFORE BDOY is released. Thats when they will delete all accounts that havent been used for 3 months or more.

.Twist still plays tho he aint stopped and hes now the leader of one of the biggest clans on the server

Looks ok, but i was expecting a major gfx overhaul, not just a redesign of skins. Everyone is still gonna look the same :/

That armour had nothing to do with DoY, its just a new type of PA on the test server.

I've reactivated my account.

But I am so horribly behind the times with this game, there are loads of new MC5 chips and stuff which I have no idea to get hold of.

I dunno how SL works anymore, and I still have loads of INT points to spend on my monk.

Anyone Else renewed yet?

I dont know who has your guns K2K, but I'll log in at the end of the week. I might have something for you..

Last time I checked MC5 was HARD

its a place with a few guards that have the weapons of a Copbot. So without _good_ buffs its insta death.

Played a few hours last night, basically because i was bored and then NC is fun

Plaza 1: No go for TG, new trading place is Plaza2, lots of TG's and allies and copbots don't shoot you there. Plaza1's copbots been replaced by security officers who will shoot.

Loads of new stuff, area's, haven't found any yet basically because im alone.

TG HQ will be in DOY (when BDOY comes out), sounds nice.

Oh and K2k, i was yelling at ya at plaza1 yesterday (with my PE, sk3l3tor and my monk Pray, no respons) :mrgreen:

My tank account is kinda fucked, im leader of a clan but i cant change the status (or dismiss) since i only have memberrioghts

Thakns Kuifje for making me clanleader with memberrights

mailed support for that issue.

Anyway, it's still boring :mrgreen:

especially when playing alone but i like it to explore the new caves, area's etc. and the rest of the current MMORPG's dont bother me anyway.

Yes he did, and it still on my errr...either PPU or APU (which happen to have some MC5 chips as well).

I wont mention the 2 lvl 3 apts filled with rares, techs. chips, drops and whatever...

...or the millions of credits...

2 Dutchies TRIED to renew last night and bumped into a buggy Worldpay system which didnt recognize our CC (eventho other companies gladly take our money from it)

Send a mail lto Worldpay and trying again tomorrow, but dunno if NC is worth that much hassle

IF it all works out fairly easy it's prolly a good idea to have a fresh start @ Uranus so u got actually something to do instead of wandering about with a pretty near capped char.

Rats always had a certain appeal...

Fresh start ok (let's stay @ Saturn, still has >300 peeps online) , let's keep 2 high lvl chars for sharing/exchanging stuff, clanning up, exploring etc.

Saturns economy is so fucked up its not even funny tbh. having read the threads on the nc forums, it seems it has only gotten worse!
But yes, its a good idea starting over again.. capped chars is what borked nc for me :p

RoG = no problem
PSI Core = problem (not sure what bits r missing tho)
PSI Mem 3 = no problem, if n3m doesnt have one I do

Techs wont be a prob either, just give us a shout when your on.

If schan and me cba'd we'll make a new database with all techs we have in stock atm. We'll post login details here when we do

there is a website where u can create an account for free and store a database... its customised to neocron rareparts
