Hi all,
Can somebody please help.

I have a very simple database at work which holds colleague records. ie training etc.

I can do the reports that show all records for all colleagues but i am having trouble setting up a rerport where you select a name from a drop down list ( done that bit ) then click a button say underneath it which will give all records just for that selected colleague..
anyone out there got any ideas please.

kindes regards
Fozz

Eeeek! It's hard to support Access without visibility of the tables, the relationships between and the code you're using the generate the report. Is it a singular table?

This is a copy of the table, it has a few more headings acroos the top. the names there are about 280.

say then i would like a box where you select say Adams, Joe the it brings up a report all for just joe.

hope that makes sense.
file is small if you want it mailed.

I don't even have a copy of Access anymore to test out :(
What code are you using behind the drop down (or button) to generate the results?
