Im trying to get TV out working properly but it isnt happening. When I boot up, I can see the boot screen on my TV, but as soon as it hits the login screen, blackness.

Ive tried messing about with different resoutions, and even tinkered a little with the nvida control panel (which is mostly greek to me, contrived piece of shite that it is) but no joy yet.

Does anyone know of a solution?

I take it you're doing it so so you have it coming on your TV and monitor at the same time? Have you switched the screens around in display property settings to make the TV your primary display assuming you want to and extend your desktop to it? If you're not trying for dual screen output then what i just said is probably useless to you.

Press Scroll Lock three times in quick succession?

Click your heal 3 times saying "theres no place like home" ?

Looks like i forgot to extend it to the TV, so its working now. Except in B&W... so it seems one is PAL the other is NTSC.

might also be your cable. Using a 'normal' s-video cable
with your graphic card might give you a b&w picture, cables
with more than 4 pins should work.

Or a simple adapter, works aswell.
