Just wondering if its worth upgrading my AMD 64 3500+ to a 5000+ for roughly £140-150.

Would mostly be using it for EVE. Any thoughts?

I'd have thought ram would help more than processor with Eve :)

EVE is a CPU loving biatch.

I was wondering if the 3500+ was somehow throttling the GFX card, resulting in me not getting the most from it.

But I think I'll leave it for now tbh, I'll definitely upgrade in the future when Dx10 games are on the go and Vista has been out a while.

The panel is allegedly - awesome - it's just the pretty frame and presentation that changes between units. At £205 incl vat in the UK it's a serious bargain.
