I keep getting critical errors on wow, every other game i play, Css, CoH etc run fine, no lag or any other such nonsense, personally i cant see how this can be due to my pc, ive ran error checks on the HDD, anti virus and spyware checks with AVG and Ad-aware, ran bench marking tests on my gfx cards and nothing has thrown up any issues with the hardware.

Im thinkin if i un install and reinstall wow this might fix it, its only been happening since the patch...

Was just wondering if anyone knew what else might be causing the crashes/blue screens/critical errors etc i get? Also i get those annoying "this system has recovered from a serious error" msg nonsense when i reboot sometimes

Is it just WoW that crashes or you bluescreen and cop reboots? I've noticed, post 2.1, I crash (game crashes, comp is ok) every now and then when I'ev alt+tabbed out of wow a couple of times.

mostly game crashes, but occassionally blue screens too.

It sounds like a corrupted patch, if you're running XP or Vista try a roll back under system restore and reapply.

If that doesn't solve the problem check out whats going on under system errors in Event viewer, application ...
