My laptop will boot to safe mode but cant roll back to a restore point only thing I think happenened is I tugged a switch on it not realizing it was the cdrw eject lever did not eject but may have jogged connection

all reseated now but still cant boot its a lifebook work machine and build so cant reload but would appreciate being able to access
