Hey all,

Need some help on specs, wondering if you tell me if I am going the wrong way with a machine I am thinking of buying... With it being my birthday at the weekend and stuck for any gift to buy me, my girlfriend has offered to invest in a new machine for me as and my Macbook Pro is dying. I want to get a machine that runs WoW well, not cutting edge, but better than my current laptop setup (2ghz C2D, 1.5gig RAM, Radeon Mobility x1600 256MB).

Saw a machine by Acer on promotion here in France, that looks like it may be a good deal... wondering if people could advise me. Specs are as follows:


Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
4 Gig RAM
Radeon HD3850 with 1Gig Memory
500Gig HDD (7200rpm)

Best thing, it is only 500 Euro or so, about £350!

Am I missing something?
Will this run WoW well? (only game I play)
