when I was looking at new gear on overclockers, seems interesting, wonder if it actuallyw works..?

I had a go on something similar when I visited BT research and development labs about 2 years ago. Tried to play Q3 with it in front of a bank of 6 widescreen monitors displaying parts of a big picture.

It worked ok taking the 'mouse' role, i.e. looking around and targeting, but I didn't try doing anything else with it.

Was fun, but fucking hard to try and get the hang of. But then so was mouse and keyboard when I first tried it.

Aye from some of the things I read about that, it sounds like it has massive amounts of potential, just that it will take a loooooong time to configer properly, time that I dont really have, when they make the UI of the thing a bit more accessible then maybe it will take off properly.

Yeah I saw that too, I always kindve guessed that if something on those lines ever happened it would be nintendo that implemented it first, theyre always the most intuitive developers, and they seem to be getting back to thier best again with the ds and the wii.
