Just a shot in the dark but does anyone know if there's any kind of generic monitoring software for laptops? Mine has been shutting off of late and although I suspect it's the GPU overheating I'd rather be ssure before shelling out for a decent cooling mat thing. The wife's is also doing the same but as her laptop is pretty shagged anyways I'm not too worried about fixing hers
