Hi guys, It's been a while since I kept up with tech advances and I find that it's time to upgrade my graphics card, but I'm not sure what's good or what'll work with my computer well. Also would you advise upgrading/getting additional RAM at this point as well? Any help is appreciated here's my current specs:

Dell 9200

Components
PROCESSOR = Intel® Viiv™ Core™ 2 Duo E6400 Processor (2.13GHz, 1066MHz, 2MB)
OPERATING SYSTEM = Vista Premium
MONITOR = Dell™ 19" Value Flat Panel (E197FP) - UK/Irish
MEMORY = 2048MB Dual Channel DDR2 533MHz [2x1024] Memory
HARD DRIVE = 320GB Serial ATA RAID 0 Stripe [2x160GB 7200rpm drives with DataBurst™ cache]
OPTICAL DRIVE = 16x DVD +/- RW Drive
GRAPHICS CARD = 256MB nVidia® GeForce® 7900GS graphics card

My Budget for a card is approx £100, hopefully that's enough for a mid to high end card if not, let me know what I need to be spending.

Around the £100 mark really your looking for a 1gb 460, I would look to push that to a 1gb 560 though if you can.

Both will OC nicely to get the performance up to a nice level for gaming.
Or if you don't want to OC yourself there are some really nice Factory OC versions around now.

When I bought around 1 year ago ATI were absolutely battering NVIDIA in all price brackets.

I'd check a few comparison sites or customer reviews of cards that you've seen on ebuyer or the like if i were you.
