Need some help with an idea I have please.

I've got a new job which is a lot busier and involes more travelling than before so I'm not able to do the school run as much.

I'm trying to sort a way of creating a family Outlook calendar that me and the mrs can both have access to from behind our respective corporate intranets. Ideally I'd be able to add it as another calendar visible in my work Outlook. This way I can add stuff that means I'll be away and the mrs will be aware without having to resort to mails.

Does this sound doable? If so how can I configure it?

Cheers

I do this now, but I created a Google calendar that the Mrs and I have editing rights too... Then I use the Google Calendar Sync tool to get all of the dates to knit in nicely with Outlook on my desktop at work and the MBP can sync automatically with Google Calendars anyway...

Lo chaps,

Lots of calendars available online. Do you both have smartphones?

Smart phones aren't a problem, it's finding compatible smart users is where the difficulties lie... ;)

Cheers guys.

Only smartphone I have is the work Blackberry which I get to use for personal stuff too. That's why being able to access it from behind the firewall and synch with Outlook is important.
