Basically they're making being a proper CH better, rather than those going 2,2,0,0 in ch and Master BH, etc. If you;re thinking of spending a few points in it just to get a tanking pet, then personally i wouldnt bother. You'd need to get at least 3,2,2,2 i think to be able to use pets that currently a 1,1,0,0 can.
