I'll sort slots out later I think but Its a good template for levelling I think. I am going to do the respec mission at some point so that I can lose lightning field (useless) and free up space for powersink at higher levels. At the moment this is out by one as I have lightning field bolloxing my template up.

No short circuit? IIRC thats the power that has 40% base end drain to even con minions, so 6 slot that up with end drain's and you're doing 120% Totally dry of end after one shot.

Just read a couple of posts which say its also crazy effective against bosses and Lts too. Its seems short circuit is THE end draining power of the set.
