Capes and aura's ahoy. I applied some of the effects to each of Rangus' dfferent costumes

Bull costume with cape and glowy eyes, can still see the eye with my cloak on.

one thing annoys me in the new patch, i play with healthbars visible but now i have one above my own head too that i cant get rid off.

Odd mate, try playing with the reticle settings in the options menu, failing that just petition a GM.

And you can get the mishs for capes and auras at lvl 20 and 30 respectively from the chick in the atlas city hall. The tailors then allow you add them to your costume.
