Ye my subs ran out and i reactivated the same night.
Post lvl 14 grinding spots would be steel canyon (always shit for me), boomtown (the next hazard zone up from PP), skyway (rarely levelled there), or the hollows. I havent spent much time in the hollows since its low level, but ive seen plenty of lvl 15s there, and afaik, soloing has been nerfed to fuck in this patch.
Now that people can find you LFT cross zones, id just leave youself on perma seek team, and have a quick chat when u join grp to see what theyre hunting, and if u dont like it, just leave. Being in another zone helps for this, because before you could cross-zone team seek, you were always in the same place as your fellow team seekers, so would usually be looking to hunt the same type of mobs.
Something else you could do is start taking contact missions until you get a badge one. See here (11th post down):

When u get the missions listed there (there are more than there are listed for the 10-14 range), you should advertise and you'll be bombarded with people of all level ranges wanting to join you so they can get the badge. Including me
I have 100+ badges, but very few of the ones that lead to the Accolades - u need a combo of the mission, history, kill X villain and misison badges to get one.
If you're ever on when I am, you can always come SK with me, I solo more or less 100% of the time, only because there are so many fucking yank power tripping idiots on the server (my SG are all pre-30 level range).
