I cant Id be giving in on a phenomon that will shape 21st century culture - anyways I am gonna test the waters with Guild Wars - its free ya know - no subscription malarky like DAoC and WoW.

I tried CS again for a laugh -it was a laugh - literally for everyone but me i think i got 4 kills and 8 deaths or something on the beginners servers - hmm beginners my ass:)

Headshotted most rounds and I cant go gung ho- etched up some graffiti though:) - This team play thing is overrated as a means of mutual online satisfaction - role on DM i WUBS yas - right moff to cry and increase my chances of having permanent RSI

played a bit of hl2 dm but found it very buggy and laggy .. has it improved.

Its pretty good tbh. I dont get much lag apart from on huge maps than the FPS drops big style. Bug wise - I get the occasional crash but then I got that playing Doom 3 and farcry, put it down to all the crap I have installed and cantbe arsed to remove.

The community is quite good a few donuts play but you get that everywhere - theres nothing more gratifying than pelting someone in the head with a urinal, or throwing a buring canister at someones ass.

Some of the newer maps are good, dm_lostworld or whatever its called is a bit crap but the saw blades are fun.

you still get the RPG lamers but then you did in FarCry and wolfenstein on ICE:D
