I don't know what the problem is, have you logged onto the station and added your account?

I had the same problem with forum access, you have to go into profile and click a link I think, as well as the one in teh e-mail they send you.

Thanks for the help EN - it was to do with the subscription.


Essentially if you want to pay by global collect it sits for like 24 hours + with initial on your account rather than active. I switched to cc payment and it's sorted.

I can't understand why they can't take switch over global collect instantly tho :/
