I know you have all joined TU for you WoW guild but I fear I will not be joining you.

Just by reading a few of there posts they are already starting to look a little elitist and anal, and the fact they have closed all applications means mates can't join up.

I will prolly look into starting up a very small guild dependant on WoW guild requirements or just run solo in the game.

I don't think they are meaning to be elitist I think what they wanted to do was set up a handful of friends to get a common chat channel, but what they ended with was 40 members and they are concerned they are gonna have to do all the BS that goes with larger guilds such as GM's and officers etc.

I would just hold out matey and see what happens, they have a recruitment list atm which peoples names are being added too and I haven't put your name forward as I didn't want to leave your friend out.

Believe me you won't be running solo if I am logged on, more than happy to group with you.

Neil

I'm not to sure about joining that guild either, but tbh I juz wasnt gonna fuss about it. Joining them might have some pro's but that kinda depends on the game, kinda hoping big grps aren't as demanded as in DAoC.

For now I'm happy with ventrillo and /5 cybergings, but what can I say.. following the hubby and friends 8) Could be fun.. and if its not I learned the /gquit cmd yesterday

Aye if we're not all happy there then I would rather someone gave a shout out as we've quite happily done our thing before on other games and it's worked well (NC especially springs to mind)

We just need delta to come and start crafting tbh :)

Mate you won't be left on your todd, I have posted in the guild section that we are expecting you to apply.

Apply and see what happens, if we don't like it we can setup on our own, the potential benefits of having a larger guild is that it will hopefully relieve some of the crafting pressure on people. (Such as INV in NC)

Sign up and see what happens, I don't want any of our lot to be excluded or left out tho.

Is there an official link, or should I just go for the warez one on filelist?

Wasn't able to find a link in there for the client tho, so not sure if it can be officially downloaded.

Dont think theres an official download available, so filelist would be the best bet.

Should be 4 CD's total

I thought there would be the option to DL it. Although maybe you need an account setup first cos this is the mail i got for them

To create your account go to https://signup.wow-europe.com. Follow the account creation process,
entering the authentication key when requested, choose Game Card as a payment method and then enter your Game card key when asked.
If needed, you can download the game from http://www.wow-europe.com.

Client installed but its the American one so I don't think theres much hope of it working across here. Can't find a European one.
