I grabbed Weapon Quick Swap and Stancesets from here last night and it works a treat (you need the first to use the second).

Theres roughly 1 second lag when switching weapons to diffferent ones from your inventory, but its instant if you're just swapping main hand to off hand. Also it only works when you activate/deactivate stealth, so its only good for ambush and not backstab but having read used that sword last night, backstab seems pretty redundant now anyway.

Aye I use weaponquickswap, which was the second link and it works quite well, not tried in anger yet tho.

What does the stance set do for a rogue? Surely that's a warrior thing?
