Seems legit, from what I can gather on this crappy site http://eu.blizzard.com/en/press/080915.html.

Given what happened at BC launch I'll be in no hurry to start, I'll wait a bit for the mob camping to finish, or at least ease off, then start the questlines.

I'm a slow leveler anyway, so it'll be good fun, I hope :)
