Anybody know what the UK populations are like atm?

Has it dwindled? Has everyone headed off to the USA servers? Are the populations still strong?

I fancy starting up an MMO again, mebbe DAoC, mebbe WoW. I don't want to go raiding though and that prob means spending most the time solo, so I thought a cabby + sorc combo would be a good bet.

Well since Catacombs Neil levelling is so easy and you can just log on do a couple of task dungeons and log off when you need without any hassle of losing an xp group.

Hola from Mallorca! Now if there was still the community I knew in DAOC, I would play it again. Especially as I have the full Euro pack sitting on my shelf. I am reliably informed that Lom still plays Euro DAOC. Having had a brief 6 month encounter a few months ago, I still enjoy DAOC. Especially with Catas, which saw me having about 6 40+ chars in 6 months. I did realise though that it´s the company and not the game that does it for me. Playing an MMO on your own (and being too old and grumpy to make friends) is not fun for me. Let me know if you take it up as, although I enjoy WoW, I prefer some aspects of DAOC.

You're right sifty, I resubbed to WoW for 3 months to see how I get on, tempted to level an alt, just farming some cash with the lock to fund the alt though first.

Not sure what class to go yet though, I want something that I can solo ultimately though for when there aren't many people about.
