Well, for reasons not even known to myself other than it is the time of year that I always seem to go kinda crazy, I have decided to have a few more tattoos done when I am in Holland next week (I have 4 atm, all very subtle mystical symbols)... and dear Gings, you too can have a hand in choosing the final design!

Going for a strict 'Trajan' font, due to the Latin/Roman theme, and one tattoo has been chosen. Very cheesily I am going for a 'SPQR', as my family is from Rome and it means a lot to me, the second, on the top of my inner left forearm (running across my arm, not from elbow to wrist) Kind of like this one of Katee Sackhoff (Starbuck on Battlestar Galactica),
will be a small phrase in Latin... :

Where are you getting your tattoo placed?

For example, if it was on your arse you could have the latin for "no entry" scribed on your arse cheeks, or perhaps an "\" on the left arse cheek and "/" on the other then when you bent over it would spell \o/

Yep, the same, I am kind of a bit pissed tbh... I had it planned for a long time (when I was at law school) and just thought 'fuck it'. I used to have a poster of it on my door.

I used to be a lawyer for 4 years when I was younger, and it is a well known legal term, but also, my family is Italian, and it is a well known metaphorical term, having variations in Italian too.

I wanted it done years ago on my back, but had something else instead. I googled it recently, and saw she had it too on her arm... :/ But well I also thought it looked kind of cool there, so figured I may as well...
