So quick question, is the PsP any good ? and any decent games ?

I'm enjoying mine but I only use when I'm away on business trips or train journeys.

After doing lots of reading up and hacking the OS then the amount of games you can download is amazing, especially the PS1 games. I've also got original Doom and RTCW. A 2gig memory card means that you can have a few games just sat there.

Currently playing Tiger Woods 06 and Ridge Racer. Also got hold of Thrill Kill, that dodgy beat em up that never got officially released for the PS1 because it was toooo naughty. Fist fights with an S&M dwarf on stilts and a dodgy Goth nurse with a cattle prod that she touches herself with anyone?

It aint that hard and gives you access to hookie games from the intarweb, as well as shareware stuff, customisation stuff, etc, etc.

Is it worth it? Depends on how much cash you have to spend on games I spose.

I'm just after small games that last 20 --> 30 min or so - good for bus, car, n quick pick up n go. I'm not too sure about the foootie stuff, but ill check some more oot.

There are some good retro collections too for Capcom and megadrive games.

Its the only game I play on the PSP. Ruddy brilliant

i just use mine for the snes emulator, and burnout. i think i have need for speed carbon but it wont fit on the memory card

oh i did get tekken 2 psx version working:D

They're handy for Train Wanks too.
