Online definately needs some fine tuning and the ability to ban complete and utter (unts from racing in my races would be nice. Ive played a fair few online racers in my time and this definatley has the biggest contingency of complete cocks.

Well after a day of playing it online I can say it definately needs tweaking slightly for online play. Great thing about it though is that its free no freaking Xbox LIVE sub to pay.

Managed to win 3 online races in a row and can hit top 3 most of the time. Damn good fun as long as you don't get penalised for something stupid.

Got it on friday, been playing it pretty constantly since(i want the F1, only another 900k credits to go lol), really liking it so far, and agree with what xui said, online needs work done to it, only tried one race and it was bumper car city

See thats weird, GT was always about how well you could really drive the car, & tweak it to make it drive better/faster.

With the collison shit it sounds like stock car racing.

I always hated that the cars never took damage in GT. I much prefered games such as TOCA and Colin McRae Rally where crashing actually meant something.

Yeah, but in RL saloon car racing there are rules, & punishments if you ram raid some poor sod up the driveshaft. By the sounds of it in GT now there aint. So its not about who can race the track the fastest in any given car modified for handling, distance, or straights, its about who can avoid getting several tons of metal inserted forcefully where the sun don't shine. Any monkey can take his foot off the break at a corner to shove the car infront.

the penalty system in the S class races is implemented so poorly(imo) its nothing but frustrating, example, AI car goes off the course onto the grass, comes back onto the course just as im going past, he touches me as i go past, and i get a 3-4sec penalty, wtf lol
