With free imp sap I plan to spend a lot of time in heroics after the patch anyways, atleast until I get my mace.

Anyone checked out PTR (= the testserver)?

As for priests...
...they keep updating stuff every other day, but tbh I kinda like it. They are buffing more or less all priestish purples in the game. For example, the mace that Maiden drops has been upped from +299 healing to +350ish, with the Shattrath exalted mace having been upgraded to the old Shard of Virtous stats. The Primal Mooncloth set has seen some +1 and +2 stats as well (dunno why, imo it was already pretty damn good, but heh, I won't bitch as I'll get the upgrades too...), while the Whitemend set hasn't.

So, yes, I've been on, but mostly focused on priest stuff, so I was wondering if there are any ground breaking changes to any other (class)gear?

I heard they were improving ALL epics, but I dont have a source to point to. It was word of mouth.

More importantly 8 nethers = Dragonmaw rather than 12 :D And with imp sap I'll be a lot more willing to go to heroics in pugs.
