The fact that my wife will playing Raving Rabbids with me, it's quite good fun and nice that she'll join in.

Looking forward to the release of R-Type on the VC just after XMas, got my wii points at the ready.

Ditto for me, the wife has already inflicted my first Wii-related injury smacking me in the elbow playing tennis. First time I've been able to get her interested in anything gaming related.

Got Rabbids and Super Monkey Ball on the way for Xmas (along with Red Steel).

Weeee the internet channel has been launched this morning for the Wii.
Pretty easy to type on it as well with the wiimote.
All Calaen's specialist websites on a 32" tv screen!

You'll need enough to stand and swing your arms around in really, can be done sitting down but tennis is easiest if you're stood up.

Zelda can be played quite well from the hangover position, horizontal on the settee.

Yeah its really as much room as you want :-)

I find when playing Tennis I want to run backwards and forwards :p So i disconnected my L shaped settee and move it to the back of the room when I play tennis.

For everything elese its pretty much enough space so you can stand up and swing the remote around you in a 360 without breaking anything. This is needed for Rayman where spinning a Cow around on a chain to throw it as far as you can down a grave yard is a mission :p

A cautionary word, it appears that some of the Wii's get very warm when using WiiConnect24 which in turn frazzle your GFX chip.

I sent mine off to Nintendo last Tuesday as this had happened to mine and I was getting artefacting, make sure that you can keep your Wii nice and cool especially when it's getting near the end of the warranty.

There are some half decent games out Kuifje, but for me I've found that I'm playing the PS3 much more than teh Wii.

I think its teh first time my wife has played any games too, apart from solitaire and the zoo tycoons:)

My mother-in-law came to stay for a month and she plays it every day with the kids, and has decided to get one when she gets home.

We banned them from using the tennis rackets as they nearly had the lighting and cieling fans down from overhead smashes:)

I bought a wii the other week, i dont have any intraweb connection and was wondering if anyone knew whether it was possible to connect it by buying a wireless aerial and plugging it into my router and then setting the wii up through that or if you have to have an actual wireless router?
